一、产品概述 / Product Description
PVC 发泡调节剂为高分子丙烯酸酯类改性助剂，是 PVC 自由发泡、结皮发泡、共挤发泡制品的专用核心助剂。本品具有超高熔体强度、优异的塑化调节能力，可稳定发泡体系，使泡孔细密、均匀、独立，有效解决发泡板材空洞、塌泡、缩孔、表面橘皮、厚薄不均等常见问题。
PVC foam regulator is a high-molecular-weight acrylate-based modifying agent, specially developed for PVC free-foaming, skin-foaming and co-extrusion foaming systems. It provides high melt strength and excellent plasticization control, stabilizes the foaming process, and helps form fine, uniform and closed-cell foam structure.
适用范围 / Applications：
PVC 发泡板、雪弗板、安迪板、树脂瓦、发泡墙板、装饰发泡线条、发泡异型材等。
PVC foam board, PVC celuka board, forex board, PVC resin tile, foam wall panel, decorative foam profile and other foamed PVC products.

四、产品主要功能 / Main Functions
1. 提高熔体强度 / Improve Melt Strength
增强 PVC 熔融体的拉伸强度与粘弹性，支撑发泡气体膨胀，减少塌泡、破泡、收缩变形。
It enhances the tensile strength and viscoelasticity of PVC melt, supports foam expansion, and reduces foam collapse, cell rupture and shrinkage.
2. 细化泡孔结构 / Refine Cell Structure
稳定成核体系，促进泡孔细密、均匀、独立，降低吸水率，提高板材平整度。
It stabilizes cell nucleation, promotes fine, uniform and closed cells, reduces water absorption and improves surface smoothness.
3. 调节塑化速率 / Control Plasticization Rate
平衡物料塑化速度，避免过塑、欠塑，改善板面波纹、橘皮、麻点等缺陷。
It balances plasticization rate, avoids over-plasticization or under-plasticization, and improves waviness, orange peel and pitting.
4. 提升填充容纳性 / Improve Filler Tolerance
适配高钙粉填充体系，在高填充条件下仍保持较好发泡稳定性。
It is suitable for high calcium carbonate filled systems and maintains stable foaming performance even at high filler loading.
5. 改善成品力学性能 / Enhance Mechanical Properties
提高板材抗弯强度、抗冲击性和尺寸稳定性，减少翘曲、变形、开裂。
It improves flexural strength, impact resistance and dimensional stability, and reduces warpage, deformation and cracking.

以 PVC 树脂 100 份为基准 / Based on 100 phr PVC resin：

使用建议 / Notes：
发泡调节剂宜与 PVC 加工助剂配合使用，根据板材厚度、密度、设备速度和润滑体系微调。
For best results, use in combination with PVC processing aid. Adjust dosage according to board thickness, density, line speed and lubrication system.
六、安全、储存与运输 / Safety, Storage & Transportation
安全说明 / Safety：
本品为粉体助剂，无明显毒性、无腐蚀性。操作时佩戴防尘口罩、手套，车间保持通风，避免粉尘长时间吸入。
This product is a powder additive with low irritation and non-corrosive properties. Wear dust mask and gloves during operation, and ensure adequate ventilation.
储存条件 / Storage：
存放于阴凉、干燥、通风库房，防雨、防潮、避光，远离明火、热源，不可与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂混存。
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from rain, moisture, direct sunlight, open flame and heat sources. Do not store with strong acids, strong alkalis or oxidants.
运输要求 / Transportation：
按普通非危险化工品运输，防止重压、破包、受潮。
Transport as ordinary non-dangerous chemical product. Avoid heavy pressure, package damage and moisture.
