PRODUCT
PVC Ca‑Zn stabilizer series product is based on new type functional hydrotalcite, using latest manufacturing process and formula. It overall functions as heat stabilizer, optical stabilizer, antioxidant and internal and external lubricant. It has good compatibility and dispersibility with PVC resin, good color strength, good fluidity and the dosage is low. It has excellent heat resistance, light and weather resistance and long‑term static and dynamic thermal stability performance.
It is with good thermal stability at high temp, color stability, good processing performance, good lubricating property with low precipitation. It is easy to be plastified, with homogeneous good extrusion quantity. The finished product is with good gloss. It is suitable for PVC non‑toxic products, such as PVC pressure pipes, Board and other hard shaped products. Tested by SGS, the product complies with RoHS, EN71, EN1122, EPA 3050B, etc. environmental regulations.

它与 PVC 树脂有良好的相容性和分散性，初期色相好，流动性好且用量少，具有优异的耐热、耐光和耐候性以及长效的静态和动态热稳定性。NX‑505 系列产品耐光及耐候性优，高温稳定性好，相对变色差；加工性好，易塑化，挤出量大且均匀，成品光泽好；润滑析出少。适用于 PVC 无毒制品，如 PVC 硬质给水管、板材等硬制品。经 SGS 检验符合 RoHS，EN71，EN1122，EPA3050B 等各国一系列环保标准。
