内润滑剂 Internal Lubricant G60
PVC 润滑剂是石油化工、日化行业应用广泛的助剂与乳化剂。本品为淡黄色蜡状固体，不溶于水，可溶于热油、石蜡、乙醇、三氯甲烷、丙酮、乙醚。可作为乳化剂、表面活性剂用于食品、化妆品，也可作为润滑剂用于透明 PVC 粒料。本品为典型非离子表面活性剂，兼具乳化、消泡、抗老化、防止油脂团聚等功能。
PVC lubricant is one of the most widely used additives and emulsifiers in petrochemical and daily chemical industries. It is a yellowish waxy solid, insoluble in water but soluble in hot oil, paraffin wax, ethanol, chloroform, acetone and ethyl ether. It serves as emulsifier and surfactant in food and cosmetics, and acts as lubricant for transparent PVC compounds. As a typical nonionic surfactant, it has multiple functions including emulsification, defoaming, anti-aging and prevention of fat agglomeration.
