NX-2011系列产品是PVC制品加工中用于替代CPE、ACR和稳定剂的新型加工功能改性剂，是以丙烯酸等酯类与多功能的新型高分子材料经特殊聚合工艺合成；使用新一代加工功能改性剂，可以通过调控聚氯乙烯共聚物的微晶结构、颗粒形态结构的相关原理，促使PVC释放其初级粒子，在加工PVC制品时，塑化性能优异，和PVC有较好的相容性，能提高PVC粘附效能，并提高制品强度、耐候性和低温抗冲击性，以及制品的表面光泽度。
NX-2011 series are new processing functional modifiers for replacing CPE, ACR and stabilizer formula in PVC. It is synthesized under unique polymerization process by using ester like acrylic and new multi functional high polymers. The new generation impact modifier can make PVC release its primary particle by regulating the PVC copolymer's microlitic structure, particle morphology. When making PVC product, it has good plasticization performance and good compatibility with PVC. It can improve the adhesion performance of the PVC and improve strength, weather resistance, low temperature impact resistance of the product, as well as the gloss of the product surface.
使用方法 | Using Method
原配方减去CPE、ACR和稳定剂，将本品与PVC树脂等一起加入高速混合机中，温度128度左右，分散8–10分钟即可，建议用量6–7份（视钙含量增减，调整润滑体系）。
Replacing CPE, ACR and stabilizer from the formula, Adding the product together with PVC resin into high-speed mixer, mixing for 8–10 minutes at around 128 degree. Recommended dosage is 6–7 PHR (adjusting lubricant system based on changes of the calcium content).

Packing & Storage
25kg/bag: PP woven bag with PE bag inside.
It should be kept in cool and dry places, with valid time of two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after valid life.
